Howard Chandler Christy Americans All 1919.  Columbia places a laurel wreath above an Honor Roll of fallen heroes that contains representative foreign names, but, for obvious reasons, no German surnames. 400,000 first generation immigrants were drafted included into the military melting pot including men who spoke no English. One quarter of all American males between the ages of 18 and 31 served in World War I. 40×28 neear mint, conservation backed.
