Description
Sheridan Rivets Are Bayonets c. 1918. A riveter bends to the task of building the ships needed to ferry American troops overseas. The poster places the job of the riveter on a par with the job of the soldier seen advancing behind him. Great design underscores this interdependence of worker and fighter by the similar postures of both figures. 38×25 near mint , conservation backed.
