Action was a Marine byword; they were ‘First to Fight’ at Belleau Wood in 1918 and ‘First to Fight Back’ at Guadalcanal in 1942. The Marines have been an elite fighting unit from the Revolutionary War to Iraq. 40×30 near mint, conservation backed.
