Steven Dohanos Award for Careless Talk 1944. Menacing hand wearing huge Nazi ring, awards Iron Cross, First Class, to a careless talker. Super design was a winner in the 1942 ‘Artists for Victory’ contest sponsored by the Museum of Modern Art. 28×20 near mint, conservation backed.
