Artist Unknown: Twice a Patriot! 1942. Text reads: Ex-private Obie Bartlett lost his left arm at Pearl Harbor – released Dec. 1941 – now at work welding in a West Coast shipyard. Bartlett quoted saying “sometimes I feel my job here is as important as the one I was forced to leave.” Very scarce. 42×28 near mint, conservation backed.
