Artist Unknown: Forward! to Victory with the 245. Fearless charge by elite Canadian unit raised in Montreal under the command of Lt. Col. C.G. Ballantyne. It sailed for France in April 1917 and was absorbed by the 23rd Battalion to provide reinforcements for Canadian corps already in the field. Very rare. 41×28 near mint, conservation backed.
